The hotel is luxurious and impeccably clean. the buffet breakfasts are rich, and the staff are very efficient. the central location offers plenty of free parking and is near the main restaurant and local food places. Eateries and restaurants are also in close proximity to the hotel. Additionally, it's just a 15-minute walk to a clock tower.

the room is soundproof and functional, comes with the bathroom and fluffy pillow plus comfortable bed. amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating staff, they know their business. i would come here again for a trip.

The venue was set in the central position close to centre of Ipoh. Our room was brand-new and high-class with the jacuzzi and the buffet breakfast offered has variety of dishes. We only stayed 2 nights, yet the staff were eager to help - ticked all the boxes for us.

The place was exceptionally clean and luxurious, had extremely helpful and tremendously helpful staff with good service...

I was happy that the suite I booked had a comfortable bed and complimentary drinks. the location was fantastic, within a short walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit. - I enjoyed dining at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel.

The place was pretty clean and in great shape. the staff here were super friendly and provided excellent service. the breakfasts were top-notch, offering a nice variety with yummy croissants and pastries—a real treat! 🥐
